Night Shift: Green Plains 2014
24″ x 90″

It is very unusual, even difficult to find watercolor painting that stands apart from the important tradition of the medium and at the same time defines its purest characteristics. Even more, watercolor that has the impact and sensory brilliance of oil, acrylic or any of the presumably more serious media is an achievement of some importance. Susan Puelz has achieved it.
